RETURN POLICY

1.1 Tickets purchased cannot be returned for the following reasons:

  • Inability to attend the event

  • Error during the purchase process when entering data

1.2 Users can exercise their right to a refund of the ticket(s) for the following reasons:

  • Total Cancellation of the Event: Total cancellation of an event is understood as the definitive and complete cancellation of the event, provided that this cancellation is not due to force majeure and that a new rescheduled date for the event has not been announced.

  • Partial Cancellation of the Event: There is partial cancellation of an event when it lasts longer than 24 hours and at least one of the event days is canceled, not due to force majeure. In this case, the user can request a partial refund of the amount corresponding to the day or days affected by the cancellation.

  • Substantial Modification of the Event: "Substantial modification" is understood as changes to an event that differ significantly from what a user expected when purchasing the ticket, as long as it is not due to force majeure. A change in the start time of the event is not considered a "substantial modification". In this case, the user can confirm their attendance at the modified event or request a refund instead.

  • Pricing Error: In the event of errors in the price of the ticket(s), the user has the right to be informed as soon as possible. The user can decide whether to continue with the purchase at the correct price, making the additional payment if necessary, or cancel the purchase.

Annotations:

  • In cases of cancellations or substantial modifications of the event, a date change can be offered as the first option or as an additional option (before entering the refund process).

  • Refunds cannot exceed 14 calendar days from the user's request.
